OUR SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We want to get you your HEYDAY products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to
process your order quickly so you can put your Heyday gear to good use as soon as possible.
All orders greater than $300 will receive free shipping. This only applies to orders placed within the
continental United States.
All services are provided by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. Shipping services and rates are
subject to change without prior notice. Most non-expedited orders ship within 2-3 business days from
purchase, and will generally arrive within 1-5 days of the ship date. This does not include any preorders,
backorders, or customized orders. Expedited orders will ship within 1 business day from purchase and
will arrive 1-2 business day from the ship date. All shipping prices will be determined at checkout based
on products ordered.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
HEYDAY, USPS, UPS and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2022. Please
note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
HEYDAY uses FedEx, UPS, or USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise
noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing
and an additional 1–5 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products
ordered. You should receive a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and may incur an additional
shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. Due to the distance, shipments should
take between 5-15 business days to arrive. You should receive a shipment tracking number via email
when your order has been processed. If you do not, please email us at service@heydayoutdoor.com for tracking information.
Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United
States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re happy with your Heyday products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, we will buy it back within 30 days of purchase. Please send a copy of your order receipt to
service@heydayoutdoors.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your return,
we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refunded amount will be less the return shipping cost.
For products purchased from an authorized retailer,
their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. HEYDAY does not
accept returns on items purchased outside of heydayoutdoor.com. All shipping costs related to the
original order are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
WARRANTY POLICY
We want to be sure you’re happy with your Heyday products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, we will buy it back within 30 days of purchase. If your products are defective for any reason,
please send us pictures of the defective items along with your receipt of purchase to
service@heydayoutdoor.com. We stand by our products, and will replace any defective products free of
charge.
While our decoys will last a lifetime, they are not designed to be left out in the sun. If this occurs, the
painted finish may eventually start to fade. Because we cannot control where and how long they have
been left exposed to the sun, we cannot guarantee against paint fading on decoys.
